Focused ACT: Brief Interventions is recorded training for mental health professionals using ACT when time and resources are limited. Work with a focused framework, identify maintaining processes and choose practical language for values, defusion, willingness, present-moment skills and committed action.Allow 4h 30m for the masterclass recording (display time rounded up to the next half-hour). The course also contains Focused ACT slides, a FACT intake form and a course evaluation. This is the recording of the masterclass originally dated 7 March 2026, not a new live intake.The Get Unstuck online course is included with all Focused ACT price plans. If you already own Get Unstuck, this bonus repeats that course.Certificates are separate: Focused ACT has a certificate describing an 8-hour CPD activity, and Get Unstuck has its own certificate describing a 6-hour CPD activity. The 8 + 6 allocation refers to separate learning activities; it is not 14 hours of Focused ACT video or one combined 14-point certificate.
